CELCAT Personal Timetables

A link to the CELCAT web interface, showing the most up-to-date calendar/schedule for individuals, groups of students, or rooms. Your personal calendar is ‘pushed’ into your MS Outlook calendar.

‘ChemiCal’ was created to allow students and staff in the Department of Chemistry a quicker way to access information about the rooms in the building.

The tools allow users to see what rooms are available ‘right now’ for ad-hoc use (e.g. studying, impromptu meetings), as well as aid in planning in advance (can see when a room will become free).

Note that it is not possible to make room bookings using this site. If a room is not currently in use then students and staff from the Department of Chemistry can use the rooms ad-hoc on a first-come-first-served-basis. Staff should continue to book rooms through the usual channels.
